That was the year when computer graphics had just started to be properly integrated in our curriculum. For that reason, most of the jobs that I had during those days does not deals with computer graphics. I've work as a photographer (using films on Pentax P30T and Bronica ETR) documenting finished paintings for fellow artist for their monographs and self-promotion. It was 1999 when I got my 1st computer and started to learn vector art using CorelDraw v.9. Before I joined ABODE Magazine, I did some conceptual editorial illustrations for Southeast Asian Airlines, Inc. (SEAIR) InFlight Magazine – an official on-board lifestyle and travel magazine issues. Clicking this photo will bring you to my "Illustrations" portfolio. Around that time, I also learned Adobe Photoshop and quickly added this new set of skills and was able to create a portfolio that earned me a graphic designer job title for a garments manufacturing company which I helped crystallized the brand called PIXIES Clothing Co. Then while working there, I got an offer to work abroad - in the Kingdom of Bahrain - as a Creative Director for an Interior Design business which specialize in Decorative Painting. ©2005. It was here where I was able to utilized all the skills: painting, illustration, photography and graphic design - all that I have acquired from college and being employed after graduated. Though I heavily worked - rendering by hands all the murals and decorative arts for these lavish and eclectic arab interiors, preliminary studies and perspective are all done using computer graphic software. Most of the ornamentation's repetitive nature were easily laid out accurately by using CorelDraw. This saved us time sampling for paint and made us sure that all conceived interior design ideas will be faithful to what was agreed upon. I will leave this all up to you to discover more about my work and other creative endeavor I've been involved with. I am not a writer though I wish I can further articulate my works soon, I will be updating this site and further gather my thoughts about each significant artwork the soonest. Feel free to visit and have another look of each albums. There is so much to see and I believe that you would not be able to finish viewing all of them in just one session. I hope to see you more often visiting this place where I keep everything fresh and cool.
